Sure, you can!
But be very careful on which kind of display URLs you're going to use within Google AdWords (please refer to their policy at https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/175906 ).
Actually, the main point is that you can NOT display a URL which is too different (literally, not semantically) from the landing page URL.
Thus you can use JotUrl links, provided you follow Google's rules, in the same way you would follow them for any other link/tool.
Practically speaking we definitely suggest you to use a subdomain (e.g., go.mydomain.com) based on your official domain (website, landing), so that the display URL (e.g., go.mydomain.com/offer) and the landing page URL (e.g., mydomain.com/my-landing-page) match on the 2nd level domain.
This will make you compliant to Google's policies when it comes to Ads.
Finally, please note that if you add certain options (like masking or CTAs) to links you use on Google Ads, even if they are created with your own subdomain (e.g., go.mydomain.com/alias), Google may ban you anyway.
Thus we definitely suggest you to use custom branded links, based on your subdomain, without any added option, when it comes to Google Ads.
Please find how to add a custom domain (to create branded links) and configure its DNS zone at https://joturl.zendesk.com/knowledge/articles/360025031851/en-us?brand_id=3090006
