How to Redeem your JotURL Coupons

If you are reading this guide it is because you have obtained a Coupon for a discounted plan on JotURL.

For Existing Users

To Redeem the Coupon if you already have a free trial or a plan,  you have to follow those operations:

1) Log in to the JotURL dashboard with your credentials.
2) Click in the top right corner of your profile and select the item that shows your account "name".

3) At this point, once you have logged into your account, select the wording: "Plan"

4) On this new page, please go on the button "Reedeem Coupon" - you should find it at the top right.

6) At this point, enter your Coupon ID in the window and click confirm.

This should activate your coupon! If this does not happen, please contact us, we can offer technical assistance for any eventuality.

For new users

To Redeem the Coupon if you are a new user and you don't have any free trial activated or a plan, you have to follow those steps:

1) Log in to the JotURL dashboard with your credentials.
2) Click in the top right corner of your profile and select the item that shows your account "name".

3) At this point, once you have logged into your account, select the wording: "Plan"

4) On this new page, please select the plan you want to buy and click on the button "Buy".

5) At this point you can insert the Coupon ID under the credit card section and then click the "Redeem Coupon"button

6) After the discount is activated on your plan you can purchase the discounted plan by clicking on the "Purchase" button.

This should activate your coupon! If this does not happen, please contact us, we can offer technical assistance for any eventuality.


Notes:

Each Coupon is always accompanied by its ID, the useful date by which it is possible to redeem it, and all other necessary information.

Make sure you respect the instructions on the Coupon regarding the type of plan (when present)

Some coupons may be linked to a specific email account, in which case it will not be possible to use it otherwise.
