How can I Upgrade or Downgrade my plan?

Regarding your question about changing your plan, you can upgrade or downgrade it directly from your dashboard at any time you wish, without our direct intervention.

Below you can find a list of instructions to follow:

1) Within the JotURL dashboard click on your account.

2) Then select the "Plan" section.

At this point, you will be able to see your current plan and observe how many events you have already consumed within it.

3) Scrolling just further down you can find tabs with pricing from other plans.

All you have to do is select the tab of the plan you want and click on the "Buy" button.

The system will automatically take care of changing your plan.

Please note that our system automatically applies proration, this means that if you have a PRO XL plan - for example - and switch to a PRO, the money not spent on that plan will be returned to you as credit that can be spent on JotURL.
