If you still haven't received a payment as a result of your affiliate activities, it is likely that you have not met the minimum requirements for automatic activation of the payment request. We ask you to make sure you have complied with the following points:
- Please,make sure you have accumulated at least a total value of 70 € (euro) of rewards / commissions, otherwise the payment request will not be generated;
- make sure you have brought in at least 3 different active Customers (the latter must be paying users with a membership - canceled memberships and/or referred leads who did not subscribe to the service are not counted by the commissions tracking platform).
- Otherwise, if you have referred only 1 or 2 active Customers, the payment request will not be generated regardless of the accumulated rewards.
Please note that the minimum number of referred Customers is necessary as a form of security for the whole affiliate program and as a prevention for various types of issues (self-referrals, frauds, etc.) which could impact the reliability of the affiliate program itself at the cost of valuable promoters like you.
Please check whether you’ve selected a payout method in your affiliate dashboard.
If you don't have any payout method selected, we cannot pay you.
Payouts are paid Monthly / Net-30. Therefore, this month's commissions will be paid next month on the 30th. Please note that, in some specific cases (which might also not be directly related to your account), we reserve the right to manage single or multiple payouts manually, which requires an additional amount of time causing some delay for the corresponding payouts. Rest assured that, after such additional controls, we always pay all of our valuable partners / promoters.
If one or more of the above conditions do not match, we will not be able to proceed with the payment.
If all of the above conditions have been met and you’ve still not received your payout, after your response, we will inform our staff to proceed with investigations as to why the payment has not been automatically recorded and processed.
Extra: If you have accumulated a single reward of a value equal to or greater than 200 € (euro), this will have to be manually approved, for security reasons, by our staff. This could lead to payment delays. Should this occur, the payout might be postponed to the following month.
Again, we would like to reassure you that by company policy we always pay our valuable affiliates and that, in the event of technical problems (which go beyond the points mentioned above), we make ourselves available to manually manage single payments - our Team will evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis.
