Note
If you experience problems with your domain not working, then you might need to contact MrDomain support.
If you have a domain from MrDomain, then you need to reconfigure your DNS settings to point the domain/subdomain at JotUrl servers.
Please follow this steps:
- Log in to your Domain Control Panel.
- Go to Domain Central.
- Click on the domain you want to edit.
- Click DNS:
- if you want to configure a domain (e.g., domain.ext), please follow these steps:

From Modify, select A Records.

Leave empty the Host text box and enter JotUrl's IP address
65.52.146.52
in the Point to text box. Click Add to add the A Record. A confirmation message will appear. -
Enter www in the Host text box and enter JotUrl's IP address
65.52.146.52
in the Points to text box. Click Add to add the A Record. A confirmation message will appear. - If present, remove all records AAAA (IPv6) for @, www

If you want to configure a subdomain, if you want to configure a subdomain/third-level domain (e.g., go.domain.ext), please follow these steps:

From Modify, select CNAME Records.

Enter your subdomain without the root domain (e.g., if your subdomain is go.domain.ext, you have to enter go, if your subdomain is go.test.domain.ext, you have to enter go.test) in the Host text box and enter
joturl.com
in the Points to text box. Click Add to add the A Record. A confirmation message will appear.

- To modify a setting, select Edit or Remove from the Action dropdown menu next to the DNS record.
It can take up to 48 hours for changes to take effect. Please read more here.
