Note
If you experience problems with your domain not working, then you might need to contact Namecheap support.
If you have a domain from Namecheap, then you need to reconfigure your DNS settings to point the domain/subdomain at JotUrl servers.
Please follow this steps:

Click Manage next to your domain name:

On the domain Details page, make sure that your domain is using Namecheap basic DNS settings. The option selected from the drop-down in the NAMESERVERS section needs to be Namecheap BasicDNS:

Click Advanced DNS:

if you want to configure a domain (e.g., domain.ext), please follow these steps:

Click ADD NEW RECORD.

Select A Record from the drop-down menu, enter @ in the Host text box and enter JotUrl's IP address
65.52.146.52
in the Value text box. -
Click ADD NEW RECORD.

Select A Record from the drop-down menu, enter www in the Host text box and enter JotUrl's IP address
65.52.146.52
in the Value text box. - If present, remove all records AAAA (IPv6) for @, www

If you want to configure a subdomain/third-level domain (e.g., go.domain.ext), please follow these steps:

Click ADD NEW RECORD.

Select CNAME Record from the drop-down menu, enter your subdomain without the root domain (e.g., if your subdomain is go.domain.ext, you have to enter go, if your subdomain is go.test.domain.ext, you have to enter go.test) in the Host text box and enter
cd.joturl.com
in the Value text box.

Click the checkmark to save your changes.

If there is a default URL Redirect Record, then click the trash can icon next to it:

In the Delete Record dialog, click Yes to confirm.

Click the checkmark to save your changes.
