Note
If you experience problems with your domain not working, then you might need to contact GoDaddy support.
If you have a domain from GoDaddy, then you need to reconfigure your DNS settings to point the domain/subdomain at JotUrl servers.
- Log in to your GoDaddy account and open your product.
- From the Domain Manager, select your domain name from the list to access the Domain Settings page.
- Scroll down to the Additional Settings section and select Manage DNS.

if you want to configure a domain (e.g., domain.ext), please follow these steps:

On the DNS Management page, at the bottom of the Records section, click Add.

Select A Record from the drop-down menu, enter @ in the Host text box and enter JotUrl's IP address

On the DNS Management page, at the bottom of the Records section, click Add.

Select A Record from the drop-down menu, enter www in the Host text box and enter JotUrl's IP address

in the Points to text box. - If present, remove all records AAAA (IPv6) for @, www

If you want to configure a subdomain, if you want to configure a subdomain/third-level domain (e.g., go.domain.ext), please follow these steps:

On the DNS Management page, at the bottom of the Records section, click Add.

Select CNAME Record from the drop-down menu, enter your subdomain without the root domain (e.g., if your subdomain is go.domain.ext, you have to enter go, if your subdomain is go.test.domain.ext, you have to enter go.test) in the Host text box and enter
cd.joturl.com
in the Points to text box.

- If present, remove all forwarding rules that are related to your domain/subdomain.

Click Save to complete the process.
