Can I bulk modify my tracking links?

Using the JotUrl dashboard you can edit your tracking links in bulk. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. create a tracking link (e.g., shortdomain.my/myalias) in a project of your choice (e.g., project) and associate the options you want as you normally do, this tracking link is called the source tracking link
2. open the project that contains the tracking links you want to modify and select them using the check-boxes on the left
3. Click on the Enable/disable options in bulk icon
4. on the interface that opens select the source tracking link
5. Click on Proceed.

At the end of the procedure, check the log to verify that everything went as it should. In the log you will find 6 columns:

1. #: sequential number of the processed tracking
2. TL: processed tracking link
3. Cloned: total number of options changed (added + removed) at the tracking link in point 2
4. Added: number of options added to the tracking link in point 2
5. Removed: number of options removed from the tracking link in point 2
6. Failed: list of options that have not been added to/removed from the tracking link in step 2

It is important to emphasize that:

1. some options cannot be applied to tracking pixels, check that there are no tracking pixels in the destination list,
2. all the parameters of a tracking link will not be altered (e.g., destination URL, notes), only the options will be modified,
3. the destination URL parameters of the UTM & Parameters Builder option are not altered,
4. the Security option (Content monitoring) is not changed.
